A photobooth that lives in your pocket.
Something broken, something missing, or an idea for what Keepsy should do next — write to me and I'll read it.

If you're reporting a problem, it helps enormously to know your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About), and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.
Into your keepsies, inside the app — every strip files itself the moment it finishes printing, so there's nothing to remember. To put one in your camera roll, open it and tap Save.
No. Keepsy has no account and no server. Your photos are taken, edited and stored on your phone, and they stay there unless you choose to share one. The privacy policy spells this out properly.
Open Keepsy, go to the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases. That asks Apple what you own and reinstates it. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with — this is almost always the cause.
Yes. A purchase is tied to your Apple Account, not to one phone. Install Keepsy on another device, sign in with the same account, and tap Restore purchases.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by me — so cancelling happens in Settings, and I can't do it on your behalf. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Keepsy and tap Cancel. If you're in the free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you won't be charged. Lifetime is a one-off purchase with nothing to cancel.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. I have no ability to issue one myself, but if something went wrong I'd still like to hear about it.
Settings → Keepsy → turn on Camera. If you'd rather use photos you already have, you can pick them from your library instead and crop each frame yourself.
The preview shows you the way a mirror would, because that's easier to pose to. The photo that prints is the right way round.
